Market-value estimation

Poland's ATV and UTV market value: estimation methodology

Registration volume does not show the economic value behind the market. ATV Radar combines unit counts with model prices, new or used status and age-dependent value curves. The result is an analytical estimate with transparent price coverage.

The demand picture is based on data from Poland's Central Register of Vehicles and Drivers (CEPiK), supplemented by public registers, official company sources, model prices and ATV Radar research. Our methodology explains normalisation and limitations.
01

From registrations to gross value

For each qualifying unit, the model uses a direct price or a controlled approximation for its brand, segment and class. Results are aggregated for the selected period and presented as gross and net value.

02

New and used vehicles

New vehicles use current price benchmarks. Used units apply residual-value curves based on age and segment. The panel separates both parts so users know what drives the result.

03

Coverage, uncertainty and responsible interpretation

Price coverage, index ranges and assumptions are visible alongside estimates. Market value is not declared company revenue or a forecast of future sales. It is designed to compare the scale of periods, segments and market-participant exposure.

Frequently asked questions

Is market value official sales revenue?

No. It is an analytical estimate and should always be read with its methodology and coverage.

Are used vehicles included?

Yes, with separate assumptions for age and depreciation.

Can I change the analysis period?
